About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Founding Sales Development Representative to join a growing team in New York City. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying and engaging enterprise-level prospects through strategic outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career growth and develop into an Account Executive role within 6–12 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top 30 U.S. university strongly preferred
  • Graduated between 2020–2024 preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, outbound lead generation, or consultative sales development
  • Proven experience executing high-volume outbound sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of consultative and strategic sales methodologies
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level buyers and senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipelines, leads, and follow-up activities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and pipeline generation metrics
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and professional drive
  • NYC-based or willing to work onsite in New York City

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and target enterprise-level accounts within multi-billion-dollar organizations
  • Manage and segment prospect lists for strategic outreach initiatives
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers, including Vice Presidents and C-level executives
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, including pipeline management and follow-up activities
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth and business development efforts
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on prospect engagement and market feedback
