We are hiring for one of our clients, an early-stage technology company building AI-powered surveillance and security solutions for construction sites. They are now looking for their first sales hire — someone who wants to take ownership, build relationships in the construction industry, and help shape the company’s commercial growth from the ground up. This is not a traditional sales role with an established playbook. You will work closely with the founders and take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and supporting customer onboarding. The role is ideal for a strong hunter with existing construction industry relationships who enjoys building long-term business and wants the opportunity to grow into a key commercial leader.
