Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in sales or recruiting
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people daily
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow earnings
• Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and connect with professionals in the construction industry
• Identify and engage potential candidates and clients through LinkedIn, referrals, and research tools
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent and prospects
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior recruiters and business development leaders
• Learn consultative communication and relationship-building skills
• Track activity and performance metrics in our ATS/CRM system
