About The Position

EverCommerce is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the EverPro sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced, competitive environments and aim to build a sales career by generating opportunities and achieving results. The SDR will focus on helping home service businesses grow by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying them through direct sales conversations. The majority of the role involves outbound sales activities, requiring comfort with independent decision-making, adaptability, and pipeline ownership. The SDR will engage small business owners via outbound calls, identify needs, qualify leads, and schedule demos with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
  • Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
  • Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality
  • Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
  • Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working
  • Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution.
