About The Position

Marea (a Fluent Software Group company) is a dental-focused AI platform helping practices capture revenue, reduce operational strain, and modernize patient communication. Our core products include an AI Receptionist and AI clinical transcription, deeply integrated with leading dental PMS platforms (Dentrix Ascend, ClearDent, others). We sell into single-location practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs, often in partnership with PMS and ecosystem players. Growth Highlights: Consistent high growth month over month Now used by hundreds of practices across the U.S The Opportunity: Full-Cycle SDR We’re hiring SDRs to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across key U.S. markets. This is a quota-carrying role that blends outbound prospecting, discovery, product demos, and closing—ideal for someone who wants to own deals end-to-end rather than pass them off. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging dental practices and groups, and converting opportunities into customers. This role is perfect for highly driven sellers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to accelerate into more senior sales roles.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales or SDR experience (full-cycle experience a strong plus)
  • Highly motivated, self-starter comfortable owning both pipeline and close
  • Strong communication and discovery skills with a consultative mindset
  • Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into dental, healthcare SMBs, or clinics
  • SaaS or workflow software sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive or senior sales role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify dental practices and multi-location groups
  • Execute high-volume outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies based on ICP and market insights
  • Run discovery calls to understand practice workflows and pain points
  • Deliver product demos and articulate clear value tied to ROI
  • Handle objections and navigate stakeholders to drive deals forward
  • Own the full cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close
  • Maintain velocity with a focus on fast-cycle closes
  • Develop expertise in your assigned territory or vertical
  • Build relationships within the dental ecosystem (PMS partners, consultants, referrals)
  • Identify expansion opportunities within group practices and DSOs
  • Share insights on messaging, objections, and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning
  • Continuously test and iterate on outreach and sales approaches
