About The Position

REAL is building an AI Agent Execution Platform for real estate organizations. Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, drawings, public records, and disconnected systems, leading to preventable leakage, missed obligations and lost opportunities to improve performance. Used by leading enterprises, REAL converts this fragmented data into connected intelligence and automated action. With advanced AI, universal ingestion, and modular execution agents, REAL increases operational accuracy, uncovers financial discrepancies, and surfaces opportunities to optimize performance and enhance business outcomes. The company is assembling an A-Team of killer SDRs to disrupt the commercial real estate space. This is a Foundational Builder role for someone excited by the idea of joining an early-stage startup that is building a category-defining company. This is not a 9-to-5 job; the company operates with high intensity, high stakes, and high speed, seeking people who own their outcomes and thrive in an "all-in" culture of a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

  • A passion for AI and a desire to be part of the "builder" generation.
  • 1–3 years as an SDR/BDR in a fast-paced B2B startup environment.
  • Know how to pivot when things change.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Doesn't wait for instructions; finds a way to win.
  • Elite writing skills and a commanding phone presence.
  • Can simplify the complex.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and secure the enterprise leaders of commercial real estate.
  • Manage and improve the lead database - enrich, clean, segment, and optimize.
  • Evaluate lead quality using engagement data and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and share insights.
  • Take full ownership of pipeline quality and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Prospect new accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and more.
  • Send a high volume of personalized emails, calls, and social messages.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and company leadership.
  • Review weekly performance and suggest new experiments or improvements.
