Position Summary The Sales Development Representative is a key role in driving new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our sales organization. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are organized, motivated, and interested in building a career in sales or business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot a plus)
  • Strong computer skills are essential

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Sales experience a plus
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities through proactive efforts
  • Identify opportunities that align with Pinnacle’s objectives
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support smooth handoff of opportunities to sales team
  • Set client expectations for next steps in the sales process
  • Build and maintain target prospect lists
  • Execute outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Clearly communicate Pinnacle’s services at a high level
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and communications in CRM
  • Ensure clean and organized pipeline data
