Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with key stakeholders in targeted markets. This includes engaging retail brokers to promote and support Fixed Indemnity Plans (FIP) and Gap insurance products, as well as identifying and connecting with employers in Service Contract Act (SCA) industries and other strategic sectors to introduce and position FIP offerings. The role requires strong communication skills, market insight, and a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building. This role will be based in our Oak Brook, IL. office and will be required to be in-office full time for an initial training period. Once training is completed, a hybrid work arrangement will be considered.
