About the position
The job overview for this role is to join the Sales & Account Management Team at Truelogic and contribute to the growth of the team by leveraging one's network and sales capabilities. The Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to attract new clients, pitch for the company, and lead meetings with potential clients. The focus is on increasing company revenue and bringing in new businesses, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires integration with various teams within the company and adherence to the sales process and tools.

- Learn and respect the company's processes
- Work with various tools such as HubSpot, Gmail Suite, GreenHouse, TalentWall, Slack, and Zoom
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Analysts, and Marketing Analysts
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team, Operations, People Care, and Finance
- Increase company revenue and bring in new businesses
- Attract new clients and pitch for the company
- Lead meetings with potential clients and follow up with them
- Plan and execute a sales strategy
- Maintain a close relationship with clients and gain their trust
- Facilitate communication between the company and clients
- Increase revenue from existing clients
- Retrieve information for new projects or client needs
- Coordinate, assist, and actively participate in meetings
- Present candidates or new team members to clients or prospects
- Actively participate in meetings with Truelogic teams
- Open job orders for new projects with the Talent Team
- Work with the Tech team to estimate new projects
- Build proposals for prospects or clients and answer RFPs
- Pitch and present the company's services to clients or prospects
