• Perform technical analysis, design, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
• Support cross systems and related integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem

• Experience in working with Salesforce and its integrations
• Strong technical analysis, design, and implementation skills
• Ability to customize Salesforce applications
• Knowledge of configuring systems to align with solutions
• Expert consultation skills to achieve revenue intelligence and process visibility
• Familiarity with consolidating accurate revenue data from sales, finance, and operations
• Understanding of Salesforce dashboard and its functionalities
• Proficiency in capturing commission events within Salesforce
• Ability to optimize integrations in Salesforce
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
• Experience in supporting cross systems and related integrations

• Troubleshooting and fixing defects for planned releases and production issues
• Researching and identifying opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring
• Understanding of key SFDC design and architectural concepts
• Salesforce Cloud/ Revenue Cloud experience
• In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of SFDC CRM application
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema
• Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer or equivalent experience
• CPQ Certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
