About The Position

We are hiring a North America–based SDR (U.S. or Canada only) to run outbound outreach and book qualified discovery meetings. This is a part-time role (10–15 hrs/week) with potential to expand based on performance.

Requirements

  • Prior SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience
  • Sales experience with MSPs, IT services, cybersecurity, or SaaS is a strong asset
  • Confident speaking with business owners, managers, and technical decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Reliable availability during Pacific Time business hours (at least 2–4 hours overlap)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Cold calling to small/medium business decision-makers
  • Prior work setting appointments for IT companies, MSPs, or B2B service providers

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research SMB prospects that fit our ICP
  • Execute cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Hold short discovery conversations to qualify interest
  • Book meetings directly onto our calendar
  • Log all activity into HubSpot (or our CRM of choice)
  • Hit weekly KPIs (conversations, meetings booked, follow-ups)
