About The Position

Responsible for all proposals written by System Design Specialists with two purposes – Complete follow-up and to assist in completing a sale based on System Design Specialist’s initial in-home inspection and proposed product solution.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Home Improvement/Construction related industry experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follows up with potential customers via telephone, email, etc. with the purpose of sales assisting for all unsold proposals.
  • Keeps customer files updated, complete, and accurate.
  • Meets or exceeds activity goals.
  • Performs tasks to support the ongoing follow-up of all potential customers unsold proposals.
  • Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
