The Role Cockroach Labs is hiring a Sales Development Representative with a primary focus on driving pre-event marketing engagement. This is an execution-focused, entry-level SDR role centered on generating event registrations, building awareness, and setting meetings ahead of key marketing programs and field events. This role works closely with the Marketing and Field Events teams to ensure that priority programs — including executive dinners, regional field events, and flagship conferences like RoachFest — are well-attended and generate meaningful sales conversations. Success in this role is measured by pre-event outreach activity, meetings set, and registrations driven. To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Austin, TX and will be expected to go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
