About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This role involves understanding client needs, curating tailored design and product solutions, meeting clients on-site for field measurements, designing dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design, following up on leads and quotes to maximize sales performance, participating in company training and development programs, staffing the showroom daily (when not at appointments), and building relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking. You will work in a brand-new, inspirational showroom, use a high-performance laptop and professional design tools, and receive support from a remote junior designer. Our world-class CRM system will streamline your workflow and elevate the client experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
  • Proficient in Design Flex / Design 2020 Software
  • Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Solid math and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience preferred but not required
