Experienced Sales Designer - Kitchen and Bath

We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Salesperson and Designer to join our growing team. This role involves understanding client needs, curating tailored design and product solutions, meeting clients on-site for field measurements, and designing dream kitchens and baths using DesignFlex 2020 Design. The position also requires following up on leads and quotes to maximize sales performance, participating in company training, staffing the showroom, and building relationships with industry professionals through local networking. The ideal candidate will work in a brand-new, inspirational showroom, use high-performance design tools, and receive support from a remote junior designer. A world-class CRM system will streamline workflow and elevate the client experience. Requirements
- Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Solid math and organizational skills
- 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
- Proficient in DesignFlex 2020 Design Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions

- Participate in company training and development programs
- Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
