About The Position
The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys and serves as a social hub for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. This 16-story hotel features 300 guest rooms and suites, along with 24,000 square feet of meeting space, including ballrooms and an elevated pool deck. It is part of a multi-use campus developed in partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, the city of Frisco, and Frisco Independent School District, which includes restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, and is connected to The Ford Center, a 12,000-seat event center. The campus is anchored by the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. Located 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, the hotel offers amenities such as Neighborhood Services restaurant, Charlotte Jones Collection boutique, a lobby coffee and wine bar, and The Edge pool bar and grill overlooking The Star entertainment district. The Omni Frisco Hotel embodies Texas charm and sophistication, reflecting the energy of North Texas. The Sales Coordinator position, within the Sales and Marketing Department, is responsible for handling all administrative duties required by Sales and Marketing Services.
Responsibilities
- Schedules work load to meet deadlines of all managers.
- Types and distribute all correspondence, including booking notices, letters, contracts, etc. for assigned managers.
- Ensures that all correspondence is 100% accurate.
- Maintains reader files.
- Maintains account files and ensures that all information is included in file, i.e. post convention reports, letters, fax information, etc.
- Coordinated general office functions.
- Ensures that all managers receive messages in a timely manner. (messages to include name and phone number of caller, date and time call received).
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
