About The Position

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our sales and marketing efforts. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with responsibilities across customer communication, reporting, shipping logistics, and internal campaign coordination. You’ll work directly with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and be responsible for keeping tasks organized, completed, and moving forward. Based in a fast paced, independent, comfortable and modern office environment.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient (or comfortable learning) in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive — takes initiative without waiting to be directed
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a coachable mindset
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks including packaging and shipping coordination
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes

Nice To Haves

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or a related field
  • Naturally dependable — someone who takes ownership and follows through

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CSO in organizing priorities, follow-ups, and key initiatives
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations
  • Help improve organization and execution across multiple projects
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide updates on account activity and performance
  • Reinforce relationships and keep customers engaged
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Build and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Track key metrics, trends, and account performance
  • Support preparation of presentations and business reviews (PowerPoint)
  • Maintain CRM and data accuracy
  • Track leads, applications, and account activity across systems
  • Identify ways to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Packaging small shipments for dental clients with attention to detail and presentation
  • Creating shipping labels and scheduling USPS pickups from the office
  • Creating personalized materials for doctors (labels, inserts, letters)
  • Tracking all outgoing packages and marketing inventory
  • Updating internal tracking sheets (leads, scanner placements, revenue)
  • Supporting monthly reporting and email campaigns
  • Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and office items
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs (printing, organizing materials)
  • Help prepare materials for events and customer outreach
  • Occasional local supply runs
