Sales Coordinator
About The Position
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, designing, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and other products. Due to company growth, it is hiring a Sales Coordinator for a full-time inside management position supporting and developing in-home sales. The role includes supporting and guiding sales representatives, helping recruit and train team members, mentoring them to improve their sales skills, and helping the team achieve sales goals. The position offers a direct track to becoming a Sales Manager with a pay increase.
Requirements
- No degree or certification is needed.
- Willingness to follow the company's proven sales system.
- Highly coachable and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and support a team of in-home sales representatives.
- Interview and help train new team members.
- Guide and mentor others to grow their sales skills.
- Help the team meet and exceed sales goals.
- Keep the team motivated and engaged.
