About The Position

The Sales Coordinator supports Braskem’s Order-to-Cash process, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time from order entry through invoicing. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, and Accounting to coordinate customer requirements, communicate updates, maintain strong client relationships, and support Braskem’s commercial strategy. The position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with 0–5% travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge in at least one of these areas: Client Services, Account Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-up are essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience working on process improvement projects.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and on time throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, and Accounting to execute customer requirements and business priorities.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, communicating expectations and updates clearly.
Support strong client relationships by understanding customer requirements and providing consistent service.
Identify and promptly address order-related issues or discrepancies to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Identify Order-to-Cash process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Provide help and backup support within the team as needed.
