About The Position

The NST Consumer Post Sale team is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Ferguson Home showroom customers from purchase through delivery. The role helps ensure a seamless post-sale experience by providing proactive, high-quality customer service, supporting order progression, and maintaining accuracy and professionalism. It is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative support environment. The position may be remote within the United States or hybrid for associates in Newport News, Virginia, in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A results-oriented approach and strong customer service mindset.
High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to learn new systems quickly, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression.
Provide timely, professional customer service and communicate with customers and internal partners by phone and email.
Proactively communicate order status and provide updates.
Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer focus and appropriate urgency.
Support customer satisfaction through accurate, detailed, and timely order processing.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service and operational efficiency.
