About The Position

The Sales Coordinator supports sales efforts for the assigned market segment by initiating and following up on leads. The role provides administrative support to the Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager and collaborates with the hotel team to coordinate complementary sales efforts. The position is managed by OTO Development.

Requirements

• Be action oriented.
• Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a valid driver's license or ID.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods as the job dictates.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up on leads for the assigned market segment.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and complementary.
