About The Position

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, part of a national provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator for year-round work. This is an in-office position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 11 AM to 8 PM. The role handles inbound and outbound customer calls, gathers information for dispatching, enters and updates information across computer systems, and maintains lead management reports. Pay is $18 to $20 per hour, with additional compensation potentially offered based on experience and specified in an offer letter addendum.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of inbound and outbound customer service experience.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Strong multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in the office daily; this is not a remote role.
• Flexible availability for the assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Inside sales or lead generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer calls and enter customer data into the computer.
• Gather information from customers for dispatching purposes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, filing, and scanning.
• Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
• Enter information on all platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
