About The Position

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! The Sales Content Manager will define how Figma shows up in sales conversations across our most important markets, personas, and opportunities. Figma's sales motion is increasingly dynamic — more to sell, more personas to reach, and a product landscape that's evolving faster than ever. To meet that moment, we're building a new Sales Content & Solutions team dedicated to giving our sellers the messaging, materials, and frameworks they need to succeed. This role sits at the heart of that effort. As the Sales Content Manager, you'll build and own content strategies that enable our global sales team to tell the Figma story, from first conversations with executives to late-stage deal materials. You'll be deeply embedded in how Figma goes to market, developing the narratives, frameworks, enablement, and assets that help sellers connect with buyers at every stage of the process. The outputs of your work will be felt across our entire sales organization and customer base. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and GTM Strategy to ensure Figma's sales content reflects our market position, our customers' reality, and the fast-moving product innovation happening across the company.
