Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background and drug testing where permitted by law

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles
Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, incentives, and promotions
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
