About The Position

This role involves nurturing relationships to build a loyal clientele, utilizing consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles. The position requires continuous development of product and sales acumen, including understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Responsibilities include performing high-quality vehicle demonstrations, following up with buyers to ensure referral business, overcoming objections, and reporting to the Sales Manager. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

Requirements

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
