About The Position
Titus-Will Automotive Group has been a family-owned South Sound institution since 1938. We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and performance goals
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for test drives and vehicle moves)
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends
- Positions involving the operation of company or customer vehicles require a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening is required. Consistent with Washington law, our pre-employment screening does not test for non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites

Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options
- Build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals
- Negotiate pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on new and used inventory
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
