Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Proven ability to meet performance goals
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • No automotive sales experience required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who possess the right attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective communication
  • Present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles, features, and technology
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Explain financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the dealership CRM
  • Develop business through referrals, repeat customers, and community networking
  • Stay current on Toyota products, incentives, and competitive offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Deliver an outstanding ownership experience before, during, and after the sale
