The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact through delivery and follow-up. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience (automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • No automotive sales experience? No problem. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Build relationships and identify customer needs through effective communication
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology through walkarounds and test drives
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
  • Present financing, leasing, and protection product options
  • Follow up with prospects, previous customers, and referrals
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communication
  • Maintain product knowledge on Chevrolet vehicles and competitive models
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to dealership success
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience before, during, and after the sale
  • Participate in dealership training, sales meetings, and marketing events
