About The Position

Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle service needs, communicating repair recommendations, coordinating workflow with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
  • Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary customer authorizations.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and service updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs.
  • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the repair process and proactively address any delays or concerns.
  • Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed.
  • Ensure all repair orders are closed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay current on Hyundai products, services, warranties, recalls, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
