About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Hyundai Service team in Vancouver. This role is crucial in maintaining lifelong customer relationships by being the first point of contact in the service department. The Service Advisor will interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensure work is performed correctly, make educated recommendations based on vehicle history, manage customer information, and schedule appointments. The position requires excellent customer service, time management, strong work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
Requirements
- High level customer service experience.

- Valid driver's license.
- Good driving record.

Responsibilities
