About The Position

The Sales Consultant maximizes sales and consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience while representing the Arhaus brand enthusiastically. The role uses the company selling model to close transactions and follows company standards, policies, and procedures. The Sales Consultant supports an exceptional guest experience at all times.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position at the Arhaus Loft location in Stafford, Texas. Compensation includes a minimum hourly base plus 1% commission on net written sales for the calendar month. Eligible employees may also earn monthly sales incentives.

Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Continually develop enhanced selling behaviors according to the company selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business.
• Perform proactive and consistent follow-up with guests before and after the sale and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Accurately perform systems functions and maintain operational standards.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act upon company emails and communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all team members.
