The role uses the company’s selling model to close transactions and requires conducting business according to company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Continually develop enhanced selling behaviors according to the company’s selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business.
• Perform proactive and consistent follow-up with guests before and after the sale and at delivery.
• Work to improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Promptly solve guest concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Accurately perform system functions and maintain operational standards.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act upon email and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with all team members.
