About The Position

As a Sales Consultant at Imagination Homes, you will guide customers through choosing a new home by building relationships, creating value, and providing a smooth, rewarding home-buying experience. The role is based in Texas City, Texas, and serves the South Houston area, including Texas City, League City, Friendswood, Alvin, Dickenson, La Marque, and Hitchcock.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of new home sales experience.
• Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of financing, mortgages, and the construction process.
• Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for helping people achieve homeownership.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, including the ability to create excitement and urgency.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professionalism, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges or rejection.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close new homes to meet or exceed Imagination Homes’ standards and performance goals.
• Build value in the homes by understanding customer needs, demonstrating quality, and communicating features and benefits.
• Generate new prospects through marketing, community outreach, and follow-up activities while managing an existing customer base.
• Guide buyers through qualifying, financing, contract signing, and closing, communicating clearly and enthusiastically throughout.
• Maintain service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal team members during the building and buying process.
• Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing Coordinator.
