About The Position

As a Sales Consultant at Imagination Homes, you will guide customers through choosing and purchasing a new home by building relationships, creating value, and delivering a smooth home-buying experience. The role is based in Alvin, Texas, and serves the South Houston area, including Alvin, Manvel, Pearland, Friendswood, Santa Fe, and League City.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of new home sales experience.
• Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of financing, mortgages, and the construction process.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach and a passion for helping people achieve homeownership.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to create excitement and urgency.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professionalism, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges or rejection.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close new homes to meet or exceed company standards and performance goals.
• Understand customer needs, demonstrate home quality, and communicate features and benefits to build value.
• Generate new prospects through marketing, community outreach, and follow-up activities while managing an existing customer base.
• Guide buyers through qualifying, financing, contract signing, and closing, communicating clearly throughout the process.
• Maintain service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal team members throughout the building and buying process.
• Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials to maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing Coordinator.
