About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to sell premium mattress and bedding products and provide exceptional customer service. Consultants use the company's established sales process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable mattresses and improve their sleep. The role focuses on delivering a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience while understanding customers' needs. Consultants may also reset the showroom floor and help customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles.
