Porsche Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse customer base.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have driver's license with a 3 year clean driving history

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining strong gross profit performance and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives that showcase product features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through every step of the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Audi and Porsche vehicles, features, financing options, and dealership services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Generate repeat and referral business by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism that reflects the standards of the Audi and Porsche brands.
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure an efficient sales process and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
