Playa Bowls is New Jersey's Original Acai Shop, founded in 2014, with a mission to bring superfruit bowls to the masses using the freshest, highest quality ingredients and providing a fantastic in-store brand experience. What began as a small operation has flourished into a 300+ unit operator and franchisor. With rapid growth, Playa Bowls is looking for an individual to help continue growing the brand. As the General Manager of a Playa Bowls Company Owned shop, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and leading your team to success. You will manage and mentor a full team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, fostering a supportive, high-energy work environment. Responsibilities include hiring and training new team members, setting and directing daily operations, evaluating performance, and addressing challenges with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset. You will uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
