Requirements

Audi Certified Technician (A, B, or C Level)
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and service information systems
Proficiency with dealership management software, including CDK, preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to evolving automotive technologies and manufacturer procedures
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
Identify and troubleshoot vehicle systems and components to accurately determine root causes of concerns
Conduct road tests and diagnostic evaluations as needed
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
Recommend and perform preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction
Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and electronic diagnostic systems
Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings effectively
