Requirements

Audi or VW experience strongly preferred
ASE certifications and/or dealership experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance to Audi standards with efficiency and accuracy
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced Audi diagnostic tools and equipment
Work closely with Service Advisors to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs when needed
Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
