Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech)
• Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as: Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical Systems, Heating & A/C, (Optional) Drivability Diagnosis
• Personal toolset appropriate for the role
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
• Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
• Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
