About The Position

Porsche Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a premium ownership experience while coordinating vehicle service and maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Valid driver's license, along with a three year clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screening
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Proven track record of service and sales success
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team oriented and self motivated
  • Able to work with little supervision

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines.
  • Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
  • Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores.
