Responsibilities

• Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs using knowledge of CarMax inventory.
• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Listen actively and provide clear, honest information to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve store goals.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction.
• Stay informed about CarMax products, services, and promotions.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
