About The Position

As a California Sales Consultant Trainee, you will represent CarMax and help customers find vehicles that suit their needs and lifestyles. You will build customer relationships, learn about CarMax inventory, and guide customers through the buying process, including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. CarMax provides paid training, a personal sales mentor, and ongoing development opportunities. The role offers potential paths to mentorship, management, and leadership.

• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach and stay informed about CarMax products, services, and promotions.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
