About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for experienced, motivated Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals. This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales position built for professionals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by strong earning potential and career growth. The best part? No cold calling. You’ll be working with 100% warm inbound leads from people who have already reached out to Guardian Tax because they need help with IRS issues and tax debt. Your role is to understand their situation, identify their needs, present the right solution, and close the deal.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience
• A proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
