About The Position

BNB Turnkey is seeking a highly motivated and professional Closer to join their team. This role is crucial in helping the company achieve its goal of 60 units/month in front-end sales. The Closer will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, conducting sales calls, and closing deals for short-term rental investments. The company offers end-to-end services including property sourcing, design, construction, renovation, and property management, allowing clients to own 100% of their properties and profits.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ months selling a $10,000+ HT Offer consistently.
• Financial background and ability to discuss investments.
• Sharp, self-aware, and exceptional communicator.
• Experience working with investor-driven clients/prospects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RE Investments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales calls to prospective clients.
• Closing deals for short-term rental investments.
• Achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including booked calls, closed deals, and new business revenue.
• Daily execution of team and administrative tasks.
• Participating in morning huddles via Zoom, Monday - Friday.
• Providing end-of-day reports.
• Updating projections, tracking sheets, and CRM.
