About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding its Chandler sales team and is seeking experienced, motivated Sales Closers. This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales role for competitive, goal-oriented professionals motivated by strong earning potential and career growth. The position involves working with warm inbound leads from individuals seeking assistance with IRS issues and tax debt. The role requires understanding client situations, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience
• A proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
