This role is responsible for maintaining sales files, managing the Accounts Coverage Program, and completing monthly competition statistics. The administrator will also prepare various reports, type and process contracts, proposals, memos, and general correspondence for the sales and catering staff. Additionally, they will handle phone duties, manage hotel mail, prepare daily cash receipts, and oversee the e-mail system for corporate communications. The position involves assisting with checkbook accounting and ordering office supplies, while ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a high level of customer service, being attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times. The administrator will also manage RFP processing, review outgoing mail, maintain traces for sales and catering managers, and participate in inventory counts.
