This role requires a complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties, with the ability to perform them at any given time. The supervisor will accurately manage and operate the MICROS system, check discrepancy reports, and communicate with other departments regarding guest rooms and maintenance needs. A key part of the role involves greeting and communicating cordially with guests, efficiently checking them in and out, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
