About The Position

The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications related to vehicle sales inquiries. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a critical role in driving showroom traffic by setting high-quality appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable communicating across phone, text, email, and digital platforms while representing the PowerHouse brand professionally and enthusiastically.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, phones, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales leads via phone, email, text, website, and third-party lead sources
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on internet, phone, and marketing-generated leads
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers who have not yet visited the dealership
  • Coordinate with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth customer handoff
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals
  • Represent PowerHouse Automotive Group with a positive, professional, and brand-aligned approach
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and customer privacy requirements
