About The Position

Rusnak Auto Group, a leader in the automotive industry with a stellar reputation in Southern California, is seeking a BDC Sales Representative for their Arcadia location. This role is crucial for maintaining the communication link between the Business Development Center (BDC) and clients, ensuring the achievement of sales goals. Rusnak Auto Group has been family-owned and operated since the 1960s and has expanded to 14 locations, offering 11 luxury car brands.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in position of customer service representative or similar positions in retail industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; retail related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Current California Sales License.
  • Valid CA Driver License.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently manage Business Development Center (BDC) processes to consistently ensure client satisfaction.
  • Promptly, professionally, and courteously assist with and maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound calls; coordinate handling and processing of all client issues related to Sales.
  • Continually develop enhanced telephone call handling and language management skills.
  • Promptly, candidly, and confidentially communicate with management whenever an issue or concern cannot be promptly resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Effectively utilize detailed scripts as provided by the Company or Manufacturer regarding properly handling client concerns and meeting Company and Manufacturer objectives.
  • Consistently capture and document client data, such as electronic mail (e-mail), home/work/cellular telephone numbers, and mailing address.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust productivity goals with Business Development Center (BDC) Management to achieve personal and Company objectives; review and analyze actions at the end of each week, month, and year to determine how to plan more effectively in the future.
  • Consistently meet or exceed the goal of satisfying the needs of our clients.
  • Proactively work with the BDC Management to develop action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed productivity goals.
  • Consistently remain engaged with management, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external clients.
  • Maintain solid working knowledge of, and comply with, Company, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Assist BDC Management to successfully implement plans, processes, and procedures to ensure that the Company consistently meets or exceeds market average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner while consistently protecting client information.
  • Maintain current reports on daily, weekly, and monthly production numbers, such as number of calls, calls to appointment ratio, appointment to closing ratio.
  • Effectively and efficiently maintain product/inventory knowledge.
  • Consistently maintain basic knowledge of all new and pre-owned vehicle models within each class, packages, package contents, base prices, and price ranges, including those in inventory.
  • Successfully pass and remain current on all certification testing.
